Had to cancel my classes because of COVID-19. The company kept asking if I would be interested in online learning, but I declined because that was not what I had paid for. They didn’t even offer to reduce the cost of what I had paid for the online learning. I decided the money would be more important for other things for the time being and considered signing up again once I could actually have face-to-face courses. They allowed me to cancel but charged me a $225 cancellation fee even though I had never taken a class or even spoken with an instructor. If this is how you want to treat people during a pandemic I’ll never consider this business again. Read the fine print. If they don’t waive the cancellation fee or even reduce it for extenuating circumstances like the worst pandemic in history, don’t bother.
